This track cyclist was performing a sprint effort on a stationary trainer when he pedaled so hard that the trainer shot forward. Unable to unclip quickly because his feet were secured with pedal straps, he slowly lost balance and toppled over. The fall only broke the zip tie securing the pedal strap, while both the cyclist and the bike were otherwise unharmed.
