This toddler was playing with a talking stuffed hamster while sitting in his high chair. Initially, he seemed to enjoy it when it repeated his sounds. But when he kept it on the table and said something, the boy freaked out after hearing its sound. Then he started crying and got more scared as the toy was catching that noise too.
